Sometime ago Liz Baker bought some bobbins from a needlecraft shop in Chester (now long gone) and at the recent ISIS laceday she saw the same bobbins on Firth's stand, however, neither Jo nor Ash can remember the name of the gentleman who turned them. Apparently they bought his stock off him when he retired some time ago. They thought that someone at the NCLG might remember who he was. She has a picture of them on her website at:
